Peanut Butter Banana Bark Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

  • 1 banana, sliced thin


Instructions:

  1. Line a small sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the bottom.

  1. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.

  2. Break into “bark” pieces and serve!

Storage
